| 内容記述 | 本研究では，看護における回想法の内外の研究や実践について展望し，看護分野での研究や実践の課 題について考察した．回想法は，Butler（1963）のLife Review（ライフレビュー）の概念の提唱にはじまり， 欧米では，1970年代頃から回想法の研究が展開され，様々な側面から研究が発展してきた． わが国では，ここ10年間で多くの研究が積み重ねられてきた．そして看護実践での患者理解およびケアのた めに回想法の活用の方法や応用についての研究が行われている．本研究では，看護研究における回想法およびラ イフレビューの目的や対象者，方法論，評価の方法などについて検討を行い，１．患者理解，２．患者と看護者と の関係づくり，３．患者自身の心の安定の側面から回想法の意義について考察をおこなった． | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper aimed at reviewing Nursing studies on and practices of Reminiscence Therapy and Life Review Therapy in western countries and Japan. In this paper, we tried to suggest its future research direction and its applications. Since Butler first presented the concept of the life review in 1963, many kinds and types of study in this field appeared and developed in western countries, in 1970’s . In Japan, the study on Reminiscence and Life Review Therapy has developed during the past ten years. Books and papers on Reminiscence and methods of its application as nursing intervention have remarkably increased. And studies on therapy using life history (life review therapy) have increased also, in order to understand patients and to apply theories to nursing care. In this study we researched the purpose, samples, methods and ways of valuation on reminiscence and life review therapy, and discussed three points: 1. understanding of patients, 2. patient relationship with nursed, 3. strategies of psychological adjustment. | |||||||||||
