本研究では，長野県看護大学卒業後の保健師が新任期においてどのように職場に適応しているのかを明らかにし，学士課程を修了した者が職場で保健師として適応していくために必要なことは何かを検討した． 調査内容は保健師として就業した卒業生が新任期に感じる仕事での困難とその対処状況，仕事の受け止め方の現状，大学での教育に関する意識についてである． その結果，個別援助や地区活動の展開については経験不足からくる困難感が多いこと，また大学在学時に特に学ぶ必要のある科目として「看護に関する知識・技術」と共に，看護学だけにとらわれない「幅広い学習」が重要であったと考えていることが明らかとなった．これらのことより，基礎教育の中で保健師として必要となる知識や技術を学べる効果的なカリキュラムを検討すると共に，学生に対して大学で学ぶ様々な知識や技術が就職後に生かされていくものであることを伝え，学生が主体的に学習を深めていける環境を整えていく必要性が示唆さ れた．また保健師の専門性についての悩みがあることから，就業後も保健師の専門性を深めていくための支援が 求められていることが明らかとなった． |

The purpose of this study is to explore ideal methods of basic education for community health nursing. I tried to make clear how the public health nurses who graduated from Nagano College of Nursing adapted themselves to their job at their beginning period. The investigation items were as follows : １ ．What do they feel difficult with their work? ２ ．How do they try to solve difficult problems when they face them? ３ ．What do they think the core of community health nursing is? ４ ．What do they think of college education? The results were as follows : １ ．They realized a lack of experience about how to support individuals and community. ２ ．They recognized the importance of their learning at college ; id. not only skills and knowledge of nursing itself but also good and extensive knowledge of liberal arts. |
