| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,文献検討を介して看護学における「自我」と「自己」の概念を明確にすることを試み， 今後，自我と自己の概念を捉えることによって統合失調症患者の看護援助の方向性を明らかにし，看謾の方法論を見出すための一助とすることとした．「看護」「自我」「自己」をキーワードとして検索を行い,入手可能であったものを対象とした.1.心理学で言われている自我・自己と精神看護学における自我・自己は，概念的にはフロイトの精神力動的な考え方において符合しているが，自己については，心理学及び精神看護学の領域において混沌としたものになっていた．２．自我強化及び発達の影響について報告したものは，自我・自己に関わる概念を定義づけず,どのように影響したかを評価していないために,影響要因と成り得たのか不明であった．３．イド･ エゴ･スーパーエゴのエゴを心の中心である「自我」と規定し，「自己」は，精神性のみならず，身体性を備えた， 他と区別されたその人の全体として捉えると，自我の脆弱性に配慮した看護援助の方法を導き出す一助となりうる．４．急性期から慢性期まで，患者の状況にあった自我への働きかけをすることが重要である． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The objective of this study is to clarify how to support nurses who provide care for patients with schizophrenia through a better understanding of the concepts of "ego" and "self" , as well as to contribute to establishing a methodology of nursing. To this end, through a literature review, we defined the concept of "ego" and "self" in terms of the nursing care field. Reviewing the literature retrieved using the keywords "nursing" , "ego" and "self" , the following three points would be significant. 1, The concepts of ego and self in psychiatric nursing are in agreement with the psychiatric dynamical idea of Freud; however, the concept of self is not clearly established in psychology and psychiatric nursing. 2. Studies that report the influence of strengthening or development of ego are presented without definitions of ego and self. In addition, they did not evaluate details of how these changes would affect nursing; still, it is not evident whether these are factors that would affect nursing, 3. Assuming "ego" , which is a component of a three-way system that also included the id and superego based on ego psychology, to be the one that is the center of the mind, and considering "self" to be the whole of the person distinguished from another in terms of mind and body, will enable clearer establishment of the support structure of nursing that takes vulnerability of ego into consideration. 4. It is important to provide care for ego of patients with schizophrenia according to their situations that change from acute to chronic period. | |||||||
