| 内容記述 | 医療現場に倫理の視点が導入される社会的動向にあって， 1973年にInternational Council of Nurses (ICN,国際看護師協会）が, 1988年に日本看護協会が看護師の倫理綱領を出した．これは，看護職者 の行動指針を明確にし，自律した専門職として社会のなかに位置づけることに貢献した．しかし，こうした職業 倫理は原則重視や，「あるべき論」に傾く傾向があり，その職業的義務に沿うことが前提になっている．看護倫理の研究においても，ケーススタディの手法をとったとしても最後は看護師として望ましいあり方に行き着くパ ターンに陥る傾向がある．ここでは，倫理規定に依拠した看護倫理の検討には限界があることを示した．今後， 看護師を日常的にサポートしうる看護倫理を検討するに際して，「心性としてのケア」という視点から，日常業務のなかで遭遇する，患者との関係性における困難な状況を問題場面としてとりあげ，それを克服する手法を臨床の場から掬い上げていくことが肝要と考える． | |||||

| 内容記述 | The increase of social demand for ethical consideration in clinical settings led to the ICN Code of Ethics for Nurses in 1973 and the JNA Code of Ethics in 1988. These statements of nursing ethics provided nurses with ａ clear guideline for their ethical conduct and contributed to social recognition of nursing as an autonomous profession. Such statements, however, tend to exaggerate the importance of principles and raise ａ rigid fundamentalism based on the assumption that nurses act out of duty. This tendency is also found in the study of nursing ethics, where even the researches based on case studies tend to conclude with proposing the rules of action for an ideal nurse. These observations testify the limitation for the study of nursing ethics based on ａ code of ethics as ａ set of rules of action for nurses. To enable nursing ethics to be valid for daily work of nurses, i.e., to help nurses make ethical decisions in their daily work, it is necessary to study the difficulties in nurses relationship with patients in their daily practice of care from the viewpoint of “care as sincerity” and find out the solutions in the reality of clinical settings. | |||||
