本研究の目的は，日本と韓国における認知症高齢者を在宅で介護している家族介護者の幸福感とその理由を明らかにすることである．これにより家族支援の在り方を検討するものである．認知症高齢者を在宅で介護している家族介護者（日本107と韓国80）を対象とし，質問紙調査を行った．分析の結果，1) 幸福感は日本が韓国より有意に高かった（ｐ＜.001）2)幸福感の理由は２領域“介護の受け止め”“サポート”に分類された． (1)“介護の受け止め”は７カテゴリー【介護に喜びを感じる】【介護による良い影響を実感する】【介護役割を認識する】【負担が少ないと感じる】【他人や過去と比べ良い状況だと思う】【生活に支障を感じる】【疲労・負担・ 不安を感じる】が抽出された．(2)“サポート”はインフォーマル（家族，介護仲間，要介護者）とフォーマル （サービス）があった．看護者は介護者の介護に対する受け止めを把握していき,介護の肯定的な受け止めを支援していく必要性があらためて示唆された． |

The purpose of this study was to clarify the subjective well-being and attitudes toward caregiving of Japanese and Korean family caregivers who care for the demented elderly. And we analyzed what support should be provided for them. The subjects were 107 Japanese and 71 Korean family caregivers. The survey was conducted using questionnaires. As a result of analysis, 1) Japanese subjective wellbeing score was significantly, higher than that of Korean（ｐ＜.001）. 2) We found 2 domains；“perception of caregiving” and“ support”. There were 7 categories in the domains of “perception of caregiving” : 【feel pleasure through providing care】【, feel good effects of care】【, recognize the role of the caregiver】【, feel that their burdens are not so heavy】,【feel that their situations are better than others or the past】,【feel that care is disturbing their daily life】,【feel fatigue, burden and anxiety】.(2)As to domain of“ support” there were formal one(care service) and informal one(family, friends who are also engaged in care, care-receivers). This study suggested that nurses should understand the perception of caregivers and help them gain positive perceptions. |
