| 内容記述 | 本研究は，医療的ケアを要する子どもの母親が，医療者との関わりの現状をどのように捉え，どのような関わりを求めているかについて明らかにする。また，外来看護師が母親との関わりの現状をどのように捉え，アプローチしているか，他職種の関わりの現状をどのように捉えているかについて明らかにすることを目的とする。県内2つの総合病院の小児科外来に通院している子どもの母親3名と，母親と関わっている常勤の小児科外来看護師2名を対象とし，半構成的面接を行った。 その結果，看護師と母親はそれぞれ継続した外来通院期間の中で，関係の構築ができていると捉えていた。しかし，看護師は【母親の思いやニーズを確認できていない】，母親は【看護師と踏み込んだ話ができていないが仕方ない】とも捉えていた。また，母親は【医療者も母親も皆で話し合いたい】ことなどを求めており，外来看護師には，母親の思いやニーズを把握する工夫とともに，医療者と母親とのパートナーシップを形成していくための調整が求められていることが示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | The present study aimed to clarify the perceptions of mothers of children requiring medical care, including how they capture the current state of their relationship with healthcare professionals and what type of relationship they desire to establish. The study also aimed to understand the ways in which outpatient clinic nurses perceive their present relationship with such mothers or other healthcare staff and what approaches do they take. Subjects included three mothers of outpatients and two full-time pediatric nurses working at outpatient clinics who interacted with these mothers at two general hospitals in Prefecture A. Semi-structured interviews with the subjects were conducted. Results indicated that the nurses and mothers had perceived that they had developed relationships during the period of continuous visits to outpatient clinics. However, the nurses felt that they “had not been able to confirm the feelings and needs of mothers,” whereas the mothers felt that they “had not been able to have a deep conversation with nurses, but they could not do anything about it.” The mothers also mentioned that they “want to be involved in discussions with the healthcare staff.” The results of the present study suggested that outpatient clinic nurses need to understand mothers’ feelings and needs and to coordinate the relationships between healthcare staff and mothers of children requiring medical care. | |||||
