| 内容記述 | 政府開発援助（ODA）の一環である青年海外協力隊の有志として，ボランティア参加した宮城県A避難所での東日本大震災後の被災地支援活動を振り返り，避難所での看護支援に活かすことができた国際協力の経験と，今後，被災地で災害看護支援を行う上での課題を検討した．避難所での支援活動においては「現地で入手可能な資源を活用し，連携・協調する」，「対象のニーズに沿った援助をタイムリーに行う」という，ボランティ アらが青年海外協力隊での経験から体得してきた原則が活かされ，それらは災害被災地での支援と途上国での国 際ボランティアにおいて共通すると考えられた．さらに，今後は災害時に看護職者に求められる緊急の判断や行動ができるなど，災害看護の知識・技術に習熟し，災害をめぐる多様な局面において，幅広い対象に専門職者として適切な役割を果たせるようにするという自らの課題が見出された． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Volunteers from the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV), which forms part of Overseas Development Aid, engaged in post-disaster relief activities after the Great East Japan Earthquake in A evacuation center in Miyagi Prefecture, and this paper reflects on the activities of participating volunteers and examines the experience brought to nursing support in the evacuation center as well as future challenges to be considered in disaster nursing support in the affected region in the future. In support activities in the evacuation center, the principles learned from JOCV experience, namely,“ use resources available on-the-spot, and coordinate and collaborate” and“ provide timely support in accordance with people’s needs” were applied, and these seem to be common principles that apply equally to support in the disaster-affected region and international volunteer in developing countries. My challenges for the future include being able to respond to the need for nursing professionals in times of disaster to make urgent decisions and take urgent action, acquiring expertise in disaster nursing knowledge and skills, and fulfilling an appropriate role as a nursing professional in all aspects of disaster nursing in its wide sense. | |||||||
