| 内容記述 | 本稿では,災害救援者の二次受傷とメンタルヘルス対策について検討した．心的外傷後ストレス障害 （PTSD）は，地震や洪水，悲劇的な事故，戦争等のような様々な出来事によってもたらされるものであり，これらの出来事は，災害救援者に二次受傷を引き起こしうる．近年ではそのような出来事が増加しており，被災者や被害者だけでなく，災害救援者に対する心理的ケアについても検討する必要性があると考えられた．先行研究をふまえ，本稿では災害救援者の二次受傷に関するストレス要因，チェックリスト，メンタルヘルス対策を調べた． その結果，災害救援者の二次受傷の予防には，職場での日常的な訓練，職場や家庭での良好な人間関係等が重要と考えられた． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This study examined the secondary traumatization of rescue workers, and the mental health care system. Symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can be caused by various traumatic events, such as earthquakes, floods, catastrophic accidents, and wars, and these terrible events traumatize rescue workers secondarily. The number of such events has increased recently and it is necessary to examine the psychological care provided for both victims and rescue workers. We investigated secondary traumatization in rescue workers based on previous studies, considering stress factors, checklists, and the mental health care system. As a result, we suggest that training in their everyday work and good relationships with others in the office or family are important for preventing secondary traumatization of rescue workers. | |||||||
