本研究は，地域看護実習における市町村および保健所における実習での学びと実習体験，学びの内容と実習目標との関連を分析し，実習方法を検討することを目的とした．2009年度後期に地域看護実習を終了した学生38名のうち，研究協力への同意の得られた36名のレポートの記述内容を質的に分析した． 学びの内容は，市町村における実習では150件，保健所における実習では128件であった．市町村および保健 所保健師の特徴的な活動，生活者に対する援助，地域看護活動の展開方法，地域住民や他職種・他機関との協働活動について学んでいたことが明らかとなった．これらの学びは，保健師による活動内容の説明，保健事業への 参加，家庭訪問の実施等を通して得られており，実習体験を振り返り，活動の目的や意図等の考察を促す実習指導が重要であると考えられた．また，実習目標との関連では，地域ケア体制づくり，保健事業とヘルスニーズとの関連に該当する学びが少なく，実習指導において強化すべき課題が明確になった． |

The purpose of this study is to consider the methods of Community Health Nursing Practice by analyzing a) learning outcomes, b) experiences of practical training, c) relation between learning outcomes and aims of Community Health Nursing Practice. We focused on the practical training in health organizations in municipalities and public health centers，and qualitatively analyzed students’ reports that were written right after their practical training. 38 students finished their practical training from October through December, 2009. Among them, 36 students agreed to participate in this study. The learning outcomes of practical training in health organizations in municipalities were 150, and those of public health centers were 128. These were, for example, “support for clients based on their needs”, “development of nursing activity based on health needs of local residents”, “cooperating with the organizations of local residents”. Students had learned about these through their experiences such as participation in public health services, home-visits, receiving public health nurses’ explanations about public health nursing activities. In the relation between the learning outcomes and the aims of Community Health Nursing Practice, there were few learning outcomes about development of health care systems, relation between the public health services and health needs of local residents. To enhance students’ learning outcomes, it is important for students to consider the aims of public health nurses by reflecting on their experiences of the practical training. This study clarified issues which we have to consider when we educate students during the practical training. |
