本研究の目的は，精神障害者の共同住居入所前の体験を明らかにし，地域生活への移行を目指す精神障害者に対する看護について検討することである．対象者5名に面接を行い，その内容を分析した．入所の動機は，＜生活の利便さ＞や＜自由さを期待して＞等の変化を望むものや＜家族・支援者に勧められて＞等の周囲の働きかけによるものがあった．また，＜将来を懸念して＞＜次のステップとして＞＜自ら希望して＞入所した対象者は，将来の見通しを立てていた．入所には＜入所手続き＞や＜引越しの段取り＞等の準備が必要で，＜入所に向けたアドバイス＞や＜体験入所＞が支えになっていた．こうした体験の中，対象者の思いは＜新たな生活への不安＞を持ちつつ＜支えられている安心感＞を得て＜将来への希望＞を抱き，＜前向きに変化＞していた．看護者は,早期から地域生活を目指す精神障害者への看護を展開し, 当事者の動機づけを強化し, 移行するまでの揺れる過程を支援する必要性が示唆された． |

The purpose of this study is to analyze motive, preparation, and thoughts of people with mental disorder before entering a group home and to scrutinize what nurses should support them. We conducted a semi-constitutive interview with five people with mental disorder, and described and analyzed the interviews in a qualitative method. As a result, we divided 1) their motive into eight categories: <Hoped for oneself>, <As a step of next occasion>, <Expected freedom>, <Concerned about own future>, <Convenience of daily life>, <Offered family / the mental healthworker>, and <Expected understanding of local residents>;2) their preparation into six categories: <Acquisition of life skills>, <Arrangement of moving>, <Advice for new life>, <Experience entrance>, <The checking-in process > and <Adjustment of living hours> ;3) their thoughts into ten categories: <Anxiety of a new life>, <Feeling of supportive security>, <Changed positive attitude>, <Mental set of daily life>, <Confidence of new human relationship>,<Future hope>,<Residential amenities>,<Ambivalence for local residents>, <Lack of information > and < Request of admission > . This study suggest that nurses should support their motive and those people particularly on the mental aspects for the ground that they are not mentally stable facing their unexpected and inexperienced life. |
