| 内容記述 | 本研究は，ブラジル人経営保育所の特徴を明らかにし，地域の関係機関のブラジル人経営保育所への理解を促すことを目的とした．エスノグラフィーの手法を用い，長野県上伊那地域の3つの保育所を調査した．調査の結果明らかになったブラジル人経営保育所の特徴は，保護者らの出稼ぎというライフスタイルや文化的ニーズに沿った柔軟な保育サービスの提供であった．具体的には，長時間保育，フレキシブルな送迎，母国語によるブラジル文化に基づいた保育等であった．いずれの保育所も認可は受けておらず，小規模な家族経営の為，設備は貧弱で資源や人材も限られていた．そのような状況下，どの保育所も顧客獲得の為に，保育サービス内容の向上や拡大に熱心で，独自のポリシーを掲げ，保育に関する学習意欲も見られた．地域の関係機関や認可保育所の 良心的なサポートが得られ，ブラジル人経営保育所の子どもたちの健やかな成長が支えられることを期待する． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to describe the unique features of Brazilian day-care centers in Kamiina region in order to provide information for local municipalities and other organizations concerned with them. An ethnographic method was utilized to explore three Brazilian operated day-care centers. Findings revealed that significant aspects of these centers included flexibility of services such as extended time of care and extensive pick-up service, as well as the provision of Brazilian-style child-care. As the three day-care centers were unlicensed and family-owned businesses, day-care managers, in order to attract customers, put forth considerable efforts in meeting parents, expectations under limited conditions related to personnel and facilities. This study will provide knowledge to municipalties and related organizations so they will be better able to offer necessary support to the Brazilian day-care centers. | |||||||
