| 内容記述 | エンカウンター・グループは看護学生にとってコミュニケーション能力を見直すだけではなく，自分自身を振り返り，自分や共に学んできた友人との新たな出会いの機会となる．グループ体験は個人の成長に関し効果があるが，「話す」「聴く」という最も基本的なコミュニケーション技術に焦点を当てた研究は見出せなかった．本研究は看護学生のエンカウンター・グループに対する記述を分析してカテゴリーに分け，「話す」「聴く」 さらにグループに特有の「沈黙」から学生のコミュニケーションに対する認識の変化を明らかにした．学生は＜ 「話す」ことへの緊張・不安＞を体験しながらもグループを重ねることで＜「沈黙」への緊張・戸惑い＞を軽減させ＜「話す」ことへの新たな肯定的印象＞と＜グループの成長への兆し＞を体験していた．この２つのカテゴリーはグループの成長に伴って表れたものであった． | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Encounter groups offer opportunities for nursing students to reflect with themselves and meet new selves and friends learning together, not only to review their communication ability. There are some study reports that point out that group experience is effective in individual growth, however, there is none to focus on fundamental communication skills such as “speaking” and “listening.” This study analyzes and categorizes descriptions of the students’ groups and reveals how “speaking,” “listening” and “silence” which is peculiar to the group affect their communication. The students overcame “stresses and embarrassment from silence” and experienced “new positive impression on speaking” and“ a sign of growth of the group” by going through group sessions while they experienced“ stresses and strains of speaking.” These two categories emerged along with the groups' growth. | |||||||||||
