| 内容記述 | 小児科外来看護師の慢性疾患をもつ子どもの外来受診時に行っている家族への支援の実態と認識および学習ニーズについて,看護師の属性との関連から明らかにし,小児科外来看護師への教育方法について検討することを目的とした.全国の地域医療支援病院に勤務する小児科外来看護師810名を対象に,質問紙調査を行った.質問紙は257名(回収率31.7%)から回答が得られ,有効回答は221名(有効回答率86.0%)であった.家族への支援の実施頻度・重要性と看護師の属性との関連においては,常勤,小児科専任,学習の機会ありで実施頻度の高い項目が多かった.家族への支援が難しい理由と看護師の属性においては,非常勤,他科の兼任,学習の機会なしとの間に関連がみられた.学習の機会については,院外の研修会の機会を必要としている割合が多く,特に「院内の研修会」は,他科との兼任で学習の機会ありの看護師が,「外来独自の勉強会」は非常勤で小児科外来看護経験年数10年以上の看護師が必要としている傾向がみられた.外来看護師が家族の支援を行うためには,看護師の属性に合わせた院内外の学習の機会をつくることや,他職種と協働・連携するための関わりや社会資源や福祉サービス等に関する学習を行う必要があることが示唆された.(著者抄録) | |||||

| 内容記述 | The study aims to clarify the actual situation of support provision and recognition of learning needs among family members of children with chronic illness by pediatric outpatient nurses in relation to their attributes as a nurse during outpatient consultation. A survey questionnaire was conducted with 810 pediatric outpatient nurses who worked in regional medical support hospitals nationwide. A total of 257 responses were obtained (recovery rate, 31.7%) with 221 valid responses (valid response rate, 86.0%). Regarding the relationship between the frequency and importance of family support provision and the attributes of nurses, several items were frequently implemented in “full-time,” “dedicated to pediatric,” and “learning opportunities.” The reasons for difficulty in family support provision and the attributes of nurses were related to “part-time,” “concurrent post,” and “none” for learning. Regarding the learning opportunities, many nurses required out-of-hospital workshops. Furthermore, there was a tendency that nurses were required to have a part-time or at least 10 years of experience in pediatric outpatient settings. Therefore, to provide family support, outpatient nurses should create learning opportunities inside as well as outside the hospital based on their background and engage in and collaborate with other individuals in different occupations, such as those in social resources and welfare services. Thus, learning is suggested to be necessary. |
