| 内容記述 | 本研究は，企業職員の平成16年と平成17年の一般健康診断の結果を用いて，健康教育の効果の検討を行ったものである．平成16年の有所見者135名のうち，平成17年時に改善した群79名及び非改善群45名を対象として，それぞれの年度における3ヵ月後のフォロー健康教育の効果について回顧的縦断比較研究を実施した． その結果，改善群は一般健康診断結果の脂質系に有意な改善がみられ，生活行動と保健行動とのバランスを現実的に調整しようとする自己決定能力があり，非改善群は，一般健康診断の結果，どの検査項目でも有意な改善がみられず，保健行動よりも仕事を中心とした生活行動が優先されていた． 結論として，保健師は初回健康教育時に職員が自己決定能力を高めるような働きかけを行うとともに，仕事を中心とした生活行動を変容できない企業職員については，保健行動を優先する個別の働きかけの重要性が示唆された． | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of health education seminar for industrial workers by comparing the health checkup records between 2004 and 2005. On 2004 health checkup, 135 of workers were diagnosed. Out of them 79 workers were improved on 2005 checkup but 45 were not. We interviewed both workers on 2005 and retrospective longitudinal study was made concerning the effects of health education made by public health nurse 3 months after the 2004 checkup using their checkup data. As a result, it was supposed that there was significant improvement on the lipid system of the improved group, that is, the improved group had the self-decision ability to try to adjust the balance between health behavior and work oriented lifestyle, while non-improved group should be encouraged to recognize that it is important to give priority to the health behavior because the work oriented lifestyle was given priority more than health behavior. In conclusion, it was suggested that the public health nurse should encourage industrial workers to enhance their self-decision ability at the first health education seminar. On the other hand, it was shown to be important that the public health nurse should empower the industrial workers whom were not able to be transformed from work oriented lifestyle to the proper health behavior. | |||||||||||
