| 内容記述 | 本稿は，看護学における身体概念の明確化に向け，日常生活や精神病，認知症や看護技術における人間の身体経験を通して，これまでの解剖生理学的な身体像からの捕らわれから抜け出し，身体性について考察した論考である．日常生活では残像など尽)視覚体験，聴覚や触覚のリアル性から入り，既視感という総体的感覚をとりあげる． 精神病では統合失調症急性期で彼らが体験する身体経験，つまり，自分と周囲を分ける境界線が破綻寸前の状態に陥ることを，著者が提唱している保護膜モデルを使って考察する．看護技術という身体経験は，患者さんと看 護師の間から押し出され，相互嵌入するということ.そこには言葉が及ばない身体領域が存在することについて言及する．最後は，2人の重度認知症の人の出会いの場面分析から，原初的身体の存在を想定せざるを得ないことを述べる．これらから，身体は多層的なものであることを考察した． | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper aims to clarify the concept of 'body' in nursing science through examining bodily experiences in daily living, psychiatric disorders, dementia, and practice of nursing skills. To achieve this aim, the author considers the body as a multilayered structure, escaping from captivity of the traditional anatomical-physiological image of the body. First, we touch upon the reality of peculiar experiences such as afterimages in vision, and similar phenomena in hearing and touch, and comprehend the total image of the phenomenon 'deja vu' in daily living. Second, we examine the bodily experiences of patients with schizophrenia in its acute phases, i.e., a bodily state on the verge of collapse of boundary between the self and the surroundings by employing the 'protective coat' model proposed by the author. Third, we that the bodily experiences in practice of nursing skills are produced between patients and nurses, and penetrate and intrude one into another (Ineinander), where there exists a bodily sphere that is beyond expression by words. Last, we suggest existence of 'primitive body' based on analysis of encounters of two persons with severe dementia. These findings correspond with the multilayered structure of the body as stated above. | |||||
