Through the analysis of answers from 80 managers, it was found that they feel it is important for new staff members to relearn the fundamental theories and skills of home-visit nursing, and for experienced staff to improve their technical knowledge and to elevate their viewpoints to the organization holistic viewpoints. Moreover, managers themselves feel they need leadership training and further improving their technical knowledge. Among other things, novice home-visit nurses need to relearn the fundamentals theories and skills of home-visit nursing and home-care service.
