If we can control to the generation of the bubbles, it is possible to reduce the time and the working amount for the removal of the bubble and also the patients' uneasiness by the alarm sound from the bubble detection. In this work, we tried to find the preventive condition for the generation of the bubble observed in the fusion line. As a result, it was found to be the most effective for the suppression of the bubble formation to shake the bottle of physiologic saline solution in the gas phase at 32℃ for 1hour.
