県立病院５施設に勤務する看護職者を対象に質問紙調査を行い，４７２名より回答が得られた.質問紙は『管理システム』『仕事上の人間関係』『専門職』『看護師としての自己実現』『看護師の仕事満足』の５つのスケールを使用した.『看護師としての自己実現』に対する認識は年齢が高いほど，またスタッフより看護師長の方が高かった.加えて看護師長は『管理システム』『仕事上の人間関係』 『専門職性』に対する認識がスタッフよりも高かった.仕事の満足度は年齢，職位で有意な差はみられなかった.スタッフの仕事の満足度は『管理システム』と高い相関があり，仕事の満足度に寄与する要因として看護管理システム，労働条件と福利厚生，給料，スタッフ間の人間関係，燃え尽きがないこと，自律性，創造性，が抽出された.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The purpose of this study was to clarify the factors affecting nurses' perception of their work and job satisfaction．The subjects were 472 nurses employed in five public hospitals in Nagano Prefecture． The survey was conducted using questionnaires．Questionnaires contained the following 5 scales； administration system scale，interpersonal relationship scale，professionalism scale，nurses' selfactualizasion scale and overall job satisfaction scale． The older subjects scored higher on self-actualization．The head nurses scored higher on adminstration system，interpersonal relationship，professionalism and self-actualization than the staff nurses．Job satisfaction of the staff nurses was highly correlated adminstration system．As for the result of multiple regression analysis，job satisfaction was strongly influenced by nursing administration，salary，welfare and working condition，relationship among staff nurses and the experience of burn
