From the results obtained, we determine future tasks of the organization. Method: Sixty-two articles on human relationships at worksites with new graduate nurses were analyzed. Results: Organizational problems in human relationships involving new graduate nurses included “leaving the job,” “mental health,” “harassment,” “lack of guarantee of safety and quality,” and “insufficient support.” Conclusion: There are organizational problems in human relationships at worksites with new graduate nurses.
