| 内容記述 | 長野県看護大学大学院博士前期課程修了生173人のうち，連絡可能な110人を対象に，大学院修了後の動向や支援ニーズ把握を目的に質問紙調査を行った．回答数は35人（回収率31.8%）であった．博士前期課程修了時には看護師として働いていたものが最も多かったが，現在は看護師養成校で働いているものが最も多く，修士（看護学）取得後には臨床の場から教育・研究の場へとキャリアを変更する傾向があった．本学大学院で学んだことでキャリアに生かされていると思うこととして，「多様な考え方を理解できるようになった」「大学院で学びの基礎を作ったことで生涯学習につながっている」等の項目について過半数の支持を得た．在学時に受けた教育によって得たものとしては「専門職として研鑽し続ける能力が身についている」「課題解決に向けて主体的に学習する能力が身についている」等の項目で9割以上の支持があった他，多くの項目で肯定的な意見が得られた．本学の大学院は高度な看護実践や教育・研究を遂行できる人材の育成に貢献できていると考えられる． | |||||

| 内容記述 | A questionnaire survey was conducted among contactable 110 out of 173 master’s program graduates at Nagano College of Nursing to understand their trends and support needs following graduation. The number of respondents was 35 (31.8% response rate). Many of the graduates were working as nurses when they completed their master’s program; however, a large number of them work in the educational field currently. Many changed their careers by shifting from clinical settings to educational or research settings. From the survey, we received a variety of responses to the question “What you learned at graduate school has helped you in your career?” including “I have become able to understand diverse ways of thinking” and “The foundation of my learning at graduate school has led to lifelong learning.” With regard to what the respondents gained from the education they received while attending graduate school, over 90% agreed with items such as “I have acquired the ability to continue to study as a professional” and “I have acquired the ability to learn independently to solve problems.” Furthermore, most other questions received a positive response. Therefore, we can say that our graduate school contributes to the development of human resources that can perform advanced nursing practice, research, and provide education. | |||||
