| 内容記述 | 新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）の流行により，国内では近年マスクの着用や他者との物理 的距離をとることなどが推奨されていた．しかし，これらの対策は，他者とのコミュニケーションにおいて問題 を生じてさせてきた．本研究では，大学生を対象にCOVID-19の流行下における会話について実態を明らかにすることを目的とし，会話における問題に対してどのような試みができるかを検討した．調査１では，大学生を対象として，COVID-19流行下における他者との会話についてオンライン調査を実施した．その結果，会話の難しさが報告され，対面での会話は非常に重要と感じられていた．調査２では，国内で感染対策が幾つか緩和された状況で，同様に調べた．その結果，以前よりも対面での会話の頻度は増えたが，聞き取りづらさは続いている傾向が示された．これらの結果より，発話を明瞭にし，非言語的，言語的情報を増やすなど，会話において他者を意識することが望ましいと推察された． | |||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, it has been suggested to that people should prevent the spread of COVID-19, by measures such as wearing a mask and keeping a distance from each other, but these precautions have caused difficulties in communication. In this study, we investigated conversations among college students in Japan during the COVID-19 pandemic and discussed ways of overcoming conversational difficulties. First, we administered an online survey to college students regarding conversations during the COVID-19 pandemic. They reported having difficulties in talking to others and felt that in-person conversation was very important to them. Second, after the relaxing of restrictions in some parts of Japan, we repeated the survey. The frequency of in-person conversations had increased from earlier, but they still found it difficult to understand what others said. Consequently, we should pay attention to others in conversations and speak to them clearly, using verbal and non-verbal means of communication. | |||||
