| 内容記述 | 看護師は他の職種と協働して業務を行うとともに，独自の役割を有している．個々人の技術的な側 面とともに，看護をどのように捉えるかという問題である．一方，看護の役割は時代の変化によって移り変わ り，外国との違いもある．それらの点を考慮しながら，看護師が担う独自の役割の可能性について論じた．その 際に，ナイチンゲールの「看護の詩」という言葉，ベナーの「知の発展の最前線」などの言葉をもとにした．さ らに，阿保による身体論や，岡田による写真を含む芸術論を参照した．患者は，多くの点でひとりひとり異な り，さらには揺れ動くため，看護師が医療者として他者と出会う際に用意すべき心構えは，固定されたモデルに 患者をあてはめようとするのではなく，いかに人間は複雑であるかを知ろうとする態度である．そのような点も 踏まえ，多職種との協働を進めるうえで看護師が参照すべき専門家としてのアイデンティティについて考察し た．その結果のひとつとして，宗教や芸術を通してナイチンゲールが提示した看護師像を再び検討する意義が示 唆された． | |||||

| 内容記述 | Nurses not only collaborate with medical staff but also play an independent role as professional persons, which includes how they should think about nursing among other professions and academic disciplines as well as technological aspects of individual nurses. But the role of nursing is constantly fluctuating together with the changing times. Furthermore, there is a difference between the role of Japanese nursing and that of other countries. Considering these conditions, we discussed the whole concept of future nursing in Japan. First, I started with the phrase “the poetry of nursing” by Florence Nightingale, after that, “the forefront of knowledge development” by Patricia Benner. Second, I complemented their ideas with an exploration of two Japanese nurses. One is Junko Abo, who used body theory and the other is Minoru Okada, who delivered his remarks through artistic theory such as the theory of literature and photography. As all patients are different, what is more, constantly changing in many respects, therefore, when nurses honestly engage with others as medical service workers, they should not have fixed models but the attitude of trying to know how complex humans are. Based on the above, this essay is intended to address some issues concerning the identity which nurses should refer to as specialists in order to engage in multi inter-professional collaboration. As a result, it is hoped that the role of nurses Nightingale presented based her thinking on religion and art will contribute to a better understanding of the whole concept of future nursing in Japan. | |||||
