本研究は，企業職員(以下職員と称す)の一般健康診断結果から健康問題と生活習慣(食事・運動・飲 酒・喫煙)に関する実態を明確にし，初回健康教育実施3ヶ月後に職員の生活習慣が保健師のどのような健康教育によってどのように変化したか等に資することを目的に，135名を対象に初回健康教育を行った．その内44名が 3ヶ月後のフォロー健康教育の対象となった．3ヵ月後のフォロー健康教育では，PRECEDE-PROCEED MODEL を参考にした． その結果，改善群には自己決定した内容を提示し，非改善群には正確な知識の習得や環境の適応，客観的な指標の提示が必要であることが重要である．保健師の健康教育は｢ありのままの状況｣と｢あるべき状況｣の差異を職員に考えさせるような配慮をし，職員自らの生活上の問題点を明確にし，実践へと導くような働きかけが必要である．さらに職員がつまずいている箇所を把握した上で，個別に対応していくことが重要であることがわかった． |

The purpose of this study is to clarify 1) the relation between the actual health problems and their life style among industrial workers by using their health checkup records; and 2) how they improved their life style three months after the health education seminar by the public heath nurse. We interviewed 135 industrial workers about their life style at the health education seminar. Out of them, only 44 attended the second health education seminar which was held three months later. Second health education seminar was in consideration of PRECEDE-PROCEED MODEL． As a result , it was made clear that non-improved group （8 people） could not obtain accurate knowledge of their problems and could not adapt themselves to the new environment , and it was needed to show them the objective health index. For the improved group （36 people）, it was found effective to write on paper what they decided to do toward their health goal. It was, furthermore, suggested that public health nurses should encourage those people with health problems to think about the gap between "Realistic Conditions" and "Expected Conditions", as well as clarify what their life style problems were, and also nurses should encourage them to put their accurate knowledge of health problem into practice. In conclusion , we found that we should understand at what stage their health problems were, and that we should work with them according to their health needs individually. |
