| 内容記述 | 本研究は，1）1993～2002年に長野県下で実施された外国人健診の結果を分析し，受診者の10年間の動向と出身国別の健康状態を明らかにすること，2）今後の外国人健診のあり方・方向性を検討することを目的とした．受診者はのべ889名で，フィリピン・ブラジル・タイ出身者が6割以上，20～40歳代の働き盛りの者が8割を占めた．居住地に近い会場において健診を受診した者が多く，今後もアクセスのよい会場で受診できるよう県内全域での外国人健診の実施や，将来的には，市町村等への移行等が望まれる．成人受診者のべ731名のうち約6割の者，また4割強の自覚症状のない者が「わずかに異常・要精検」と診断されたことより，本健診は受診者の異常の早期発見につながったと考える．また，成人受診者において，結核の疑いを指摘された者は少なかっ たが，生活習慣病を指摘された者は多かった．今後は，要精検者が医療機関へ受診するための支援体制の整備や在日外国人に対する生活習慣病予防対策の構築の必要がある． | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the results of the medical check-ups for foreigners held in Nagano between 1993 and 2002 and to clarify their trend of a decade and information about their health status according to the country of origin and 2) to determine the shape and direction of the medical check-ups for foreigners in the future. A total of 889 foreigners attended the medical check-ups. Approximately 60% of the attendants were from the Philippines, Brazil or Thailand and approximately 80% of the attendants were in their twenties to forties. Most attendants went to a clinic near their place of residence for the medical check-up. The result suggested that, in the future, medical check-ups for foreigners should be continued by local governments in all areas of Nagano prefecture, with foreigners going to a clinic near their place of residence. Approximately 60% of 731 adult attendants or approximately 40% of them who had no subjective symptoms were diagnosed as requiring medical follow-up. The result showed that the medical check-ups for foreigners were helpful in the early detection of disease. There were few adult attendants with suspected tuberculosis, but a large number of adult attendants with suspected lifestyle diseases. The results suggested the need to develop a support system so that attendants who require medical follow-up can receive medical consultation, as well as the need for measures for the prevention of lifestyle diseases in foreign residents of Japan in the future. | |||||
